As a general policy, we do not automatically collect personal information from our website users. Online Forms

We provide several online forms to better serve the needs of members (for example, Contact: request for general program information or Online Banking Form: bank account application, debit card application). However, if the user is concerned about the security of transmitting this information via the Internet, the member is encouraged to contact the Customer Service directly to transmit the information another way.

Contact Form

Some forms such as the or “Contact Form: Request for More Information” form ONLY requests information from you that is considered public or non personal information that may be accessed through public means such as the phone book, utility records, etc. This is considered public information. We DO NOT request NON- public personal information on these non encrypted forms.

Online Banking Form

Personal identification, such as your bank account number and password, is collected, for example, when a valid Customer with active Customer account(s) enters the secure online banking area of the website and only if and when the website incorporates such form, it will be titled as such and indicate it is a Secure SSL Bank Compliant form. This information enables the Customer to regulate access of this information to those who request such access and those entitled to perform transactions on these account(s).

All Personal Information ie non public information such as your private bank information is encrypted and managed within our Bank Certified SSAE 16 server located within the continental USA.
